Peninsula Care Homes employs approximately 200 part and full time staff at our five locations in Devon. We believe that everyone of our staff plays a key role in our success and are the most important people in delivering the best quality of care to our residents.

We offer a wide variety of training courses which continually improve the quality of resident care by providing relevant qualifications and practical workshops to ensure our staff are trained to high standards.
