Providing Exceptional Care

Our beliefs

Our vision is to deliver exceptional care that enables our residents to live life to the full.

This is underpinned by our core beliefs that:

Care should to be focused on the person as a whole, not just their medical needs.  When you choose one of our care homes, you can feel confident that you will always be treated with respect and compassion as an individual. We work with you to create a care plan that is tailored to your specific needs, helping you to maintain your quality of life. This support is given in the least restrictive way possible, with your safety, comfort and wellbeing in mind.

We can (and should) continue to have meaningful, positive experiences as we get older.
Moving to the next stage of our lives should not stop us from experiencing new things, keeping up with much-loved hobbies or creating fresh memories. There are many ways to embrace life no matter how old we are or what challenges we may face. We promote this in each of our homes by making sure that there is always plenty to see and do, with an imaginative activities programme, stimulating conversation and opportunities to socialise.

People are at the heart of what we do
Every aspect of the care we deliver comes back to the people who are part of our Peninsula Care Homes family – those who live and work in our homes, the family and friends, and our local communities. We keep this in mind at all times, creating connections to help everyone feel a sense of belonging and security, welcoming and supporting their loved ones, and valuing our team members for their dedication, compassion and enthusiasm.
