We actively invest in our people, providing ongoing training and professional development to ensure we continue delivering the highest standards of care. Our training covers essential areas such as first aid, moving and handling, fire safety, food hygiene, and safeguarding, as well as specialist topics like dementia care. We combine interactive e-learning with hands-on, face-to-face training delivered by our own in-house trainer, making learning relevant, practical, and tailored to each of our homes.
As a Mindful Employer, we are also deeply committed to supporting the wellbeing of our team. All our managers have completed mental health and wellbeing training to help us build an open, supportive culture where everyone can thrive.
