This spotlight follows a recent Good CQC inspection at Coppelia House, our home in Mortonhampstead on the edge of Dartmoor. Radar Healthcare’s system supported us in demonstrating strong compliance and high‑quality care at Coppelia House. Their platform continues to help us reflect the dedication, professionalism, and values our teams bring to residents every day.
As part of the campaign, Radar Healthcare visited Parkland House in Exeter, our largest home, to film a series of interviews. The interviews are with Louise Arnold, Managing Director, Nicola Kelly, Director of Operations and Jemma Bowden, Coppelia House Manager. The video also showcases Parkland’s beautifully refurbished rooms, completed last year, giving a glimpse into the warm and welcoming environment we create for our residents.
