Testimonials

We are a long-established, family-run care group that truly believes in the brilliance of our team.

At the heart of everything we do are the dedicated, compassionate people who work in our homes. Our team is made up of both experienced professionals with many years in care and newer members who bring fresh energy and a shared commitment to making a difference.

Whether they’ve been with us for two months or twenty years, every voice matters – and every team member plays a vital role in helping our residents live well every day.

Here’s what some of our incredible team members have to say about working with us.

"Day to day tasks include ordering and dispensing medication, welcoming our visitors and liaising with GPs. I also update care plans and carry out observations for the people who live with us, as well as guiding care assistants."
Senior Care Assistant, Plymbridge House

"I like working at Bramble Down because the staff are lovely to work with. The manager is friendly and will help you if you have a problem. The service users are happy and a lovely bunch to care for. It's a happy home."
Care Assistant, Bramble Down

My experience has been that the staff at Coppelia House are warm, friendly and place the wellbeing of the residents at the heart of all they do. Every member of the team is approachable, kind and supportive even when at their most busy. What stands out from spending time at Coppelia is the respect that is shown to each resident by the staff. Mum has been treated with understanding, dignity and compassion throughout her time at Coppelia and her personal needs and interests have been accommodated by staff going above and beyond to ensure she is still able to pursue her
passions and allowing her personality to shine. Thank you Coppelia for all you do!

My nan came here after being unable to cope after returning home from hospital having had 2 strokes. The room she was given was lovely, overlooking a small piece of garden. The staff are amazing, so kind and caring, nothing is too much trouble. Staff are always readily available to help a resident or just to simply sit and chat. They were very thoughtful in pairing my nan with another resident who they thought she would get on with and they have built a wonderful friendship. Couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of people to be looking out for my nan. Nothing is too much trouble."
